Growing up in Loveland, Colorado molded me into the person I am today. A small town just south of Ft. Collins, I grew up riding horses and playing any sport I was allowed to play with the boys. Spending most weekends in the mountains, I found myself daydreaming at a young age.
I have been an artist since I can remember. I had a fascination of any art form. I knew I was destined to create something beautiful in this life on earth. With the combination of my emotional soul and creative imagination, I not only find joy in re-purposing ANYTHING, but building with my hands. This is why Austin, Texas has become my new home. A place where recycling is cool and expensive name brand clothes aren’t!
Leaving Colorado was the hardest thing I have ever done, but with the passing of my mother before my high-school graduation and nonexistent father I knew it was time to make a commitment to myself and my own destiny. When I decided to stay in Austin I knew I had to dig deep into my soul and find out who I was, what I believed in, and who I was going to become.
I moved to Austin, Texas on January 5, 2009 with no intentions of staying and when I arrived, like plenty of other tourists, I decided I wasn’t going anywhere after only being here for five days. “If the shoe fits” the saying goes, and well, the shoe fit. With my liberal nature and drive for self-made success, Austin, Texas embraced me with open arms. I have spent the last four years of my life creating the platform of my career…this website is just the beginning!
